Is This Air Jordan 12 Inspired by the Jordan 15?

Could this be an Air Jordan 12 intended for Jordan Brand's Elements Series, which mashes up retro silhouettes?
Some guesses have pegged as such thanks to the upper, which has a weave to it that looks something like the one on the Air Jordan 15. Then again, the all-over treatments from the series usually don't spare any parts, and this one leaves the mudguard in a more standard suede. The shoe also has some overlap with the Jordan 12 "OVO" with the white/gold palette.
The Air Jordan 12 hasn't been a part of Jordan Brand's retro offerings as of late, so it isn't likely that a retail release for this pair is on the way.
